First, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, located west of the city center. The museum features extensive information and artifacts representing all 54 ethnic groups of Vietnam, including colorful traditional mountain costumes, textiles, musical instruments, fishing tools, farming equipment, and other cultural objects.

The outdoor exhibition continues in the garden area with fascinating examples of ethnic minority houses — from royal-style houses to those of Central Highlands communities.

Next, visit the Temple of Literature, featuring the Temple of Confucius built in 1070 and Vietnam’s first Royal University established in 1076.

Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda and enjoy the sunset over West Lake.

18:00 – Enjoy fine Vietnamese cuisine at one of Hanoi’s most elegant restaurants.

Evening: Free time for exploring and relaxing.

Day 2: Central Hanoi Sightseeing – Check-out (Breakfast, Lunch)

09:00 – Visit Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.

Located in the heart of Hanoi, the lake is named after an ancient legend. On an islet on the northern side stands Ngoc Son Temple, one of the most beautiful religious sites in the city. Built by scholar Nguyen Van Sieu, the temple is dedicated to the Earth God, the Medicine God, the literature spirits, and the national hero Tran Hung Dao, who defeated the Mongol invaders in the 13th century.

Next, enjoy an electric car tour around the Old Quarter, passing streets named after traditional craft guilds such as Hang Bac (Silver Street), Hang Gai (Silk Street), Hang Tre (Bamboo Street), etc.

This is an ideal time to take beautiful photos and experience local life up close.
